First Dollar has built fully featured web applications to allow individuals to manage their HSAs using these APIs.

The Partner API also exposes each member's HSA documents as structured data:

• Statements — monthly account statements, with balances and transactions.
• Tax Forms — 1099-SA and 5498-SA data, plus secure PDF downloads.

In addition to the publicly exposed API endpoints in this guide, First Dollar can also expose more granular functionality via API depending on the Partner use case. These APIs include:

• Viewing HSA Cards
• Cancelling and Reissuing Cards
• Lock Card
• Unlock Card
• Link a personal bank account to the HSA with Plaid
• Initiate an ACH Transfer to a personal bank account
• Read, Create, and Update HSA account beneficiaries
