lockCardForHsa

Locks a physical or virtual card for the primary account holder or a dependent card holder. On success, the card will no longer function for payments. The card can be un-locked or terminated at a later time.

Scheduled actions, such as auto-termination, may occur at a future time depending on the details of the request.
