requestPhysicalCardForHsa

Requests a physical card to be issued to the primary account holder for the associated HSA. This operation is only available when the account holder DOES NOT have any physical cards issued. The account holder may have a virtual card (or may have no cards instant issued).

This operation is only available for brands that support physical card issuing.
