transferBenefitForIndividual

Transfers an Individual's Benefit Enrollment from one Organization to another. This operation is only available for HSA Benefits.

Returns BadRequestError with code BENEFIT_NOT_READY and retryable: true when the target Benefit is still provisioning for the Individual's division. Nothing was changed; retry the same request after a short delay.
