ClaimInformationRequestedReason.CLAIM_AMOUNT_RECEIPT_AMOUNT_MISMATCH​

The claim amount does not match the amount on the receipt.

The claim date does not match the date on the receipt.

ClaimInformationRequestedReason.CLAIM_NAME_MISMATCH​

The name on the receipt does not match the claimant.

The receipt cannot be read.
