No active assignment existed, either because it was already removed or because it was never assigned. The two are reported identically: both mean there was nothing to revoke.

OrganizationUnassignmentStatus.FAILED​

This organization was not removed. See reason. Other elements in the same request are unaffected.

OrganizationUnassignmentStatus.REMOVED​

An active assignment was found and removed.
