ClaimProviderInput

The care provider for a claim's expense. Specify id to use a provider already recorded for this Individual, or name and serviceCategory to record a new one.

Fields​

ClaimProviderInput.id ● ID scalar​

A provider already recorded for this Individual, from ClaimProvider.id. When specified, omit the other fields.

ClaimProviderInput.name ● NonEmptyString scalar​

The name of a new provider. In a correction, the corrected name for the claim's provider.

ClaimProviderInput.serviceCategory ● ClaimProviderServiceCategory enum​

The kind of care the provider gives. Required for a new provider. In a correction, omit it to keep the current category.
