Fields

SubmitClaimInput.amount ● MoneyInput! non-null input

The amount of the expense. Must be positive, in USD.

SubmitClaimInput.benefitId ● ID! non-null scalar

The Benefit to reimburse the claim from. The Individual must be enrolled in it.

SubmitClaimInput.claimantId ● ID scalar

The Individual who received the service: the account holder or one of their dependents. Defaults to the account holder.

SubmitClaimInput.description ● String scalar

A description of the expense. It is added to the claim's notes, which the Individual and administrators can read.

SubmitClaimInput.documentGroupId ● ID scalar

A document group from prepareClaimDocumentUpload for this Individual, holding the claim's documents.

SubmitClaimInput.idempotencyKey ● String! non-null scalar

A key for ensuring request idempotency.

SubmitClaimInput.individualId ● ID! non-null scalar

The Individual (account holder) to reimburse.

SubmitClaimInput.merchant ● ClaimMerchantInput input

The merchant for the expense. Specify exactly one of merchant and provider.

SubmitClaimInput.provider ● ClaimProviderInput input

The care provider for the expense. Specify exactly one of merchant and provider.

SubmitClaimInput.serviceEndDate ● LocalDate scalar

The last date of the service. Requires serviceStartDate, and must be on or after it.

SubmitClaimInput.serviceStartDate ● LocalDate scalar

The first date of the service. Defaults to transactionDate. Must fall within the Benefit's claim period.

SubmitClaimInput.transactionDate ● LocalDate! non-null scalar

The date the expense was paid. Must not be in the future.
