approveClaim

Approves a claim, in full or in part. The claim must be in PENDING, IN_REVIEW, INFORMATION_REQUESTED, or RESUBMITTED status. A RESUBMITTED claim first moves to IN_REVIEW, and stays there if the approval is then refused. Reimbursement then follows the Benefit's configuration, so the claim moves on through APPROVED, IN_ACCRUAL, PAYMENT_PENDING, PAID, or OUT_OF_POCKET. The Individual is notified of the approval.
