assignOrganizationsToFirm

Assigns organizations to a brokerage firm, so the firm services them.

Idempotent and partially successful: every submitted identifier gets its own result element, and one that cannot be resolved fails only its own row. A request in which every row failed is still a successful response — read status per element rather than branching on the union alone.

Request-level failures return BadRequestError, whose code is one of: FORBIDDEN (the caller may not perform this operation), NOT_FOUND (no firm has this identifier), FIRM_INACTIVE (the firm has been deactivated; reactivating it is a manual step) or BAD_REQUEST (the request itself is malformed, for example more than 250 organizations).
