denyClaim

Denies a claim, which moves it to REJECTED and releases any amount held on the Individual's Benefit balance. The claim must be in PENDING, IN_REVIEW, INFORMATION_REQUESTED, or RESUBMITTED status; a RESUBMITTED claim first moves to IN_REVIEW. The Individual is notified of the denial and its reason.
