cancelBenefit

Cancels a Benefit. This operation cannot be undone.

Cancelling unenrolls every Individual currently enrolled in the Benefit and closes the Benefit to further enrollment and funding. A Benefit that has already been cancelled, or that has been terminated, cannot be cancelled.

For an Organization with Divisions, cancel the Benefit belonging to the parent Organization; the Benefits held by its Divisions are cancelled along with it. Passing a Division's Benefit directly is rejected.
