requestClaimInformation

Asks the Individual for more information about a claim, which moves it to INFORMATION_REQUESTED. The claim must be in PENDING, IN_REVIEW, INFORMATION_REQUESTED, or RESUBMITTED status; a RESUBMITTED claim first moves to IN_REVIEW. The Individual is notified of the request and its reason. Respond with resubmitClaim.
